Looking at the dangerous situation in the village as well as his own deteriorating health Thakur sends his young boy Suraj in town to Vakil (Krishna Dhawan) through his servant Shambhoo (Trilok Kapoor). Time passes & after several years the kid grows up as Suraj Singh (Anil Dhawan). He & Vakil's daughter Rachna (Shamlee) love each other & marry. He is aware of the property in village. Despite everyone's will, he & Rachna head to village to look at the haveli. So many horrifying events take place in their journey as well as after reaching the haveli. Shankar (Imtiaz) too gets ready to take revenge, of his brother Dharma's death. Goga (Shakti Kapoor) too create enemosity between Shankar & Suraj.
