Vijay Gupta, son of the rich Raj Saheb Dwarkadas Gupta is spoiled by the intemperance showered by his mother. Thanks to his own irresponsible behaviour, one day his car met with an accident in which one man died and his brother lost his eyes. Vijay's father rebuked his son to leave home and live his own life. He got a job as a driver in Kamal Rai's house who by coincidence happened to be friend of Vijay's father. Madhu, Kamal Rai's daughter fell in love with Vijay. To atone for his misdeeds, Vijay spared nothing to help Kishan who had lost his eyes in the accident. He got Kishan's eyes operated and confronted when he got his eye sight back. Kishan instead of killing, he embraced Vijay forgiving him of his sins.
